Privacy Policy for Yaadly
Yaadly ("Yaadly", "we", "our", or "the app") is a life-organizer application developed and published by [INSERT THE EXACT DEVELOPER NAME SHOWN ON GOOGLE PLAY]. This Privacy Policy explains how Yaadly accesses, uses, stores, and shares information.
1. Information you add to Yaadly
Depending on how you use the app, you may add reminders, notes, dates, times, priorities, phone numbers, contacts, expense information, documents, photos, videos, workspace names, and profile information.
This content is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. Yaadly does not require an account and does not upload this organizer content to a Yaadly-operated server.
2. Permissions and device features
- Microphone: Used only when you start voice input. Speech recognition is provided by the service installed on your device and may be processed under that service's privacy policy. Yaadly saves recognized text, not a voice recording.
- Notifications, alarms, vibration, and reminder alerts: Used to deliver reminders at the times you select.
- Photos, videos, and documents: Accessed only when you select files through Android's system picker. Selected files are copied into Yaadly's private app storage.
- Phone dialer: Yaadly asks for confirmation before opening the system dialer. It does not place calls automatically or access call logs.
- Biometric or device authentication: Optional App Lock uses Android's system prompt. Yaadly does not receive or store fingerprint, face, PIN, pattern, or password data.
3. Advertising and third-party data collection
Yaadly displays advertising provided by the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), operated by Google LLC. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad impressions and clicks, diagnostics, and device, operating-system, and network information. This may be used for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and service operation, subject to applicable consent choices and Google's policies. Yaadly does not provide your personal organizer content to the advertising SDK.

4. Backup, restore, and sharing
Yaadly can create local backup files. You choose where a manual backup is saved and whether it is shared through another app. Automatic backups are stored in Yaadly's private app storage. A third-party service handles information you share with it under its own privacy policy.
5. How information is used
Information stored in Yaadly is used to organize and search records, display tasks, schedule reminders, announce reminder titles, open attachments, prepare backups, and protect access with optional App Lock. We do not sell your personal organizer content.
6. Data sharing
Yaadly does not transmit locally stored organizer content to the developer. Information may leave the app when you deliberately share or export it, when an invoked service such as speech recognition processes it, when Google Mobile Ads processes device or advertising data, or when disclosure is required by law.
7. Data security
Yaadly uses Android app-private storage and Android system components for file selection and authentication. Optional App Lock can restrict access. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Retention and deletion
Organizer records remain on your device until you delete them, clear Yaadly's app data, or uninstall the app. Deleting app data or uninstalling Yaadly removes its private database, automatic backups, and privately copied attachments. Exported manual backups must be deleted separately. Third-party services retain data under their own policies. Yaadly has no user accounts, so there is no online account to delete.
9. Children's privacy
Yaadly is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Advertising treatment depends on the target-audience settings selected in Google Play and AdMob.
10. International users
Third-party services such as Google may process information in countries other than your country, subject to their policies and applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Yaadly's features, SDKs, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will show a new "Last updated" date.
