This Privacy Policy explains how GEOPOLY DIGITAL LLP handles information in the eMancherial mobile application. The app is an independent land survey map reference app. It is not a government app and does not provide legal land records, ownership proof, or official survey certification.

Information We Collect

The app does not require users to create an account. The app may use or process the following information:

• Location data: Used to show the user's current position on the map and support walking/manual measurement features.
• Saved parcel details: If users save custom parcels, names, boundary notes, survey references, and map points may be stored locally on the user's device.
• PDF reports: When a user generates or shares a PDF, the report is created on the user's device and shared only when the user chooses to share it.
• Device/network information: Basic technical information may be processed by app services, maps, ads, and server requests needed to load map data.

How We Use Information

• To display survey map boundaries and selected village data.
• To show the user's current location on the map when permission is granted.
• To calculate approximate area, perimeter, and reference map points.
• To create and share user-requested PDF reports.
• To show advertisements and maintain app functionality.

Location Permission

Location permission is used only for map reference features, such as showing the user's current location and helping users mark land points while walking. The app does not sell location data. Users can deny or disable location permission from Android settings, but some location-based features may not work.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google and its partners may collect and process data such as device identifiers, advertising ID, app interactions, approximate location, and diagnostics for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Maps and Online Map Data

The app uses map services and protected online KMZ data to display reference land boundaries. When the app requests online map data, the server may receive normal technical request information such as IP address, request time, requested file name, and user-agent. This is used for security, delivery, and troubleshooting.

Data Stored on the Device

Saved parcels and generated PDF files are stored locally on the user's device or temporary app storage. Users can delete saved parcels inside the app where available, clear app data, or uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by third-party services used by the app, including Google Maps/Google Play services and Google AdMob. PDF reports and shared land details are shared only when the user chooses to share them through WhatsApp, email, or another app.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Reference-Only Disclaimer

eMancherial is for reference purpose only. Map boundaries, survey details, measurements, and PDF reports shown in the app may be approximate and must not be treated as legal proof. Users should verify final land details with the concerned Revenue Department or official land records.
